WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. (excludes Alaska & Hawaii)

WHEN WE SHIP

We ship orders from Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. CST (except U.S. holidays).  Tracking information will be provided in the Shipping Confirmation email. In the event that some item(s) is/are unavailable, we will notify you via E-Mail.  

HOW WE SHIP

We usually ship via USPS Priority Mail flat-rate service which usually takes 3 business days.  If shipments are delayed, please understand that we have no control over carrier delays due to weather, carrier errors, system or power outages, etc.  Shipping rates are based on product dimensions and to which USPS flat-rate box they fit into.  Orders $50 and above ships free.  We may use recycled packaging for irregular-sized items.

FREE SHIPPING

To qualify for free shipping, your order sub-total must be $50 or more after all discounts are applied. Sub-total does not include tax or shipping fees. 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS/REFUSED DELIVERY

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.  We will not be held responsible if the buyer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

SHIPPING COST FOR RETURN ITEMS

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Please read our return policy for details.
